Provided by Scottish Widows and managed on our behalf by brokers LEBC it allows you to make contributions up to 6% which the company will match. Our staff have the opportunity to meet individually with an independent financial advisor who can help them plan for the future and make decisions that will ensure they get the very best out of the scheme. Should you die before you reach retirement and you’re still working for us, we’ll provide a generous lump sum to your chosen beneficiary.

Our annual leave entitlement includes an extra 5 days after 5 years service and we encourage you to use it as we understand that it can be difficult to manage the work-life balance. It goes without saying that we offer maternity, paternity and adoption leave so that if your family grows you’ll have time to make the most of it.
