You have the right to cancel your contract within 14 days (unless specified otherwise in the Terms of Service) without giving any reason. This cancellation period will expire after 14 days (or otherwise) from the day of your registration as a service user, or as a service user’s representative (i.e. the conclusion of your contract with us).
Right to cancel
To exercise this right to cancel, you must inform us of your decision to cancel this contract by a clear statement:
- You may (but it is not obligatory) use the cancellation form enclosed within your Registration Pack and post this to us at the address shown on the form.
- You can also electronically fill in and submit the cancellation form below. If you use this option, we will communicate to you an acknowledgement of receipt of your cancellation without delay.
To meet the cancellation deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right to cancel before the 14-day (or otherwise relevant) cancellation period has expired.
Effects of cancellation
If you cancel this contract within the cancellation period and you are paying for the service, we will make any refunds due to you as soon as possible and within 14 days of your telling us you have changed your mind.
We will make the reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of the reimbursement.
If you are paying for the service and you have asked us to begin to provide any services during the 14-day (or otherwise relevant) cancellation period, you must pay us an amount which is in proportion to what services have been provided up until the time you told us that you have changed your mind, or we can deduct such amount from any refund due to you.
