When Herefordshire Council needed a new provider for lifeline units, fall detectors, and 24/7 emergency call monitoring, our team acted swiftly to ensure:
- No disruption to critical services
- No changes required from service users – existing equipment continues to work as normal
- A seamless handover, with full support for local authorities and resident
Last week, our Operations Director Ben Park welcomed Jordan, Dave, and Mike to the Field Team, working alongside Maxine Graham, our Field Team Leader. Their expertise and dedication will be invaluable as we deliver services across Herefordshire.
