Our telecare service provides an out-and-about personal alarm with GPS location tracking that keeps your loved ones safe when shopping, visiting friends or going for a walk. If in need of assistance outdoors, the wearer can press a button to call straight through to our team, who will provide help quickly. Easy to carry around the neck or in the pocket, the personal alarm has a built-in speakerphone, is battery operated and requires regular charging.

Optional outdoor key safe for emergency access into the home – only £65

The police approved Supra C500 Key Safe is a simple way to keep your door keys handy should they be needed in an emergency. It is fitted to an external wall and can only be opened by entering a unique code.

Help will arrive from a nominated key holder (relative, friend or neighbour) or, if necessary, the emergency services.
