Osprey Retirement Living, a provider of high-quality retirement living, sought to upgrade the telecare services across two of their retirement developments: Town Mill in Marlborough and Regency House in Finchley. The goal was to enhance resident safety and independence by deploying digital telecare solutions with seamless integration and minimal disruption. Careium was elected to supply, preconfigure, and monitor the telecare equipment, ensuring a smooth transition for residents and staff.

Careium provided a fully managed telecare service, including: Preconfigured Equipment: Devices were delivered preprogrammed to Osprey’s specifications, ready for immediate use.Equipment Used:
- Eliza S+ (personal alarm system with dual-network connectivity)
- Enzo (waterproof & durable pendant)
- Ellis jewellery pendant (stylish, black gem design)
Alarm Receiving Centre Integration: Careium’s technical team added all units to the ARC records, ensuring our monitoring centre was able to provide instant response in emergencies. Self- installation by Osprey Staff: Osprey paired pendants and installed the devices themselves, with Careium providing remote support if any issues arose (e.g. template loading issues).
