We have been holding internal digital transformation sessions across our centres. The aim of these sessions is to enable our staff to learn more about the analogue to digital transformation and what this means for our business and customers.
Careium’s Head of Technical, Gary Clark, who is running the training events for new starters and existing staff, started the sessions with a detailed overview of the transition. BT and CSL both provided short update presentations. The sessions finished with the business development team demonstrating Careium products and sharing with the group some of the new innovative solutions we have on our 2022 roadmap.
Feedback so far has been that the days have been very beneficial for improving knowledge about our digital products and how the transformation affects us and how we work:
